Garippa, Lotz & Giannuario is pleased to announce that an article written by our senior partner, John Garippa, has been included in the recent “Anthology of Business Enterprise Value”, second edition, published by the Appraisal Institute. 

The article, entitled “The Other Side of the Marriott v. Saddle Brook Decision”, is a commentary on business enterprise valuation issues as discussed in a New Jersey Tax Court decision.
